Job summary

AltaMed Health Services is seeking a senior HR business partner to lead HR priorities across designated business units. The role delivers talent acquisition, retention, engagement, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations as a hands‑on advisor to management.

The HRBP II will drive partnerships across HR and Operations, align with organizational objectives, and support multi‑site activities while driving continuous process improvements and people initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; Master’s preferred with 5+ years of complex employee relations.
• Experience in employee relations, compensation, organizational diagnosis and employment law.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• Healthcare industry experience and PHR/SPHR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR services including talent acquisition, retention, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, training, and employee relations.
• Act as a trusted business consultant and change agent aligning objectives with employees and management.
• Collaborate with HRBPs to develop integrated solutions and maintain business literacy about financials and culture.
• Coordinate HR and operations communications in a matrix organization.
