Job summary

You'll lead market analysis, develop internal/external marketing plans, and supervise staff to achieve revenue goals while aligning with organizational strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Five+ years of healthcare business development experience.
• One+ year of supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians and management to generate referral sources.
• Sell service line attributes, processes and outcomes to consumers, physicians and facility groups.
• Collaborate with admissions/intake and education staff to generate referrals.
• Evaluate and interpret market utilization data for facility service lines.
• Build strong relationships with admissions/intake and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement internal/external marketing plans to increase revenue and profits.
• Identify referral priorities aligned with organizational goals.
• Document all activity in Salesforce CRM.
• Analyze market demographics and trends for patient populations.
• Develop sales and retention strategies with division/market leadership.
• Execute referral and retention plans with measurable outcomes.
• Close new referral sources and conduct follow-up meetings as needed.
• Prepare regular reports on trends, opportunities and obstacles to retention.
