Job summary

Acadia Healthcare is seeking a driven Healthcare Business Development professional to grow referrals from physicians and other sources. You will build and manage relationships, coordinate admissions, and collaborate with Marketing to maximize facility utilization.

The role requires several years in healthcare business development and supervisory experience, with travel to community sites and a focus on thought leadership and program education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related health or social services field required; Master's related to clinical assessment requirements may be required.
• Four or more years of healthcare business development experience.
• One or more years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop referrals by working with discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians and management.
• Build relationships with key referral sources and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage leads from referral sources and ensure efficient admissions process.
• Document all activity in Salesforce and related systems.
• Coordinate with Marketing to leverage resources and branding best practices.
• Coordinate admissions based on facility services offered.
• Educate patients and families about programs and amenities.
• Travel frequently to meet referral sources and report activity.
• Develop events to demonstrate leadership and maintain referral relationships.
• Use analytics tools to plan and evaluate activities for optimization.
