Job summary

Acadia Healthcare is seeking a proactive marketing and sales professional to expand referral networks for our behavioral health facilities in Texas. You will build relationships with physicians, discharge planners, and other referral sources to drive admissions.

Responsibilities include managing leads, coordinating admissions, and organizing outreach events while using Salesforce to analyze activity and optimize results. Travel within the community is required as part of this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing or related health or social services.
• Two or more years’ experience in sales and/or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Manage leads and ensure smooth admissions process.
• Travel within the community to schedule meetings.
• Utilize Salesforce to plan and evaluate outreach.
• Create outreach events to engage referral sources.
• Educate stakeholders about facility programs and services.
• Document referrals in contact management system.
