Qualifications

• Experience owning complex, high-touch events from concept through execution.
• Experience managing trade shows, corporate events, and virtual programs.
• Strong ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute experiences that bring Doximity closer to clinicians and healthcare organizations.
• Support and own the twice-yearly Medical Advisory Summits, including planning, invitations, programming coordination, travel, vendors, and on-site execution.
• Manage presence at medical trade shows, booth experiences, sponsorships, staffing, logistics, and lead capture.
• Plan corporate events and physician gatherings that showcase Doximity’s products.
• Produce virtual events and activations, including webinars, product demos, and clinician sessions.
• Manage event calendars, budgets, vendors, and timelines; set goals and measure attendance and outcomes.
