Job summary

Artera is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to build and execute integrated programs that generate pipeline and accelerate opportunities through the funnel. This hands-on role partners with Content Strategy, Product Marketing, Events, and Sales to connect audiences, content, and channels across paid media, email, and web.

You'll own demand program strategy, direct our paid media agency, and use performance data to test, optimize, and scale initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of B2B demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of paid media and email strategy and performance, with experience managing agencies or external partners.
• Hands-on experience using AI to improve campaign development, personalization, analysis, experimentation, or marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline across the funnel with integrated demand campaigns.
• Own digital channel strategy and performance across paid media, email, nurture, web, and emerging channels.
• Build integrated campaigns with cross-functional partners in Content, Product Marketing and Events.
• Measure, experiment and optimize campaign performance against pipeline and revenue goals.
