The ideal candidate will have 5+ years negotiating contracts with providers, strong MS Office skills, and a proven track record in cost and reimbursement optimization.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years negotiating contracts with ancillary providers, facilities and physician groups.
• Experience with commercial and Medicare lines of business.
• Familiar with provider reimbursement methodologies and rate proposals.
• Proficient with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and work cross-functionally.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate, execute, review contracts and handle dispute resolution with providers to maintain and enhance networks.
• Manage contract performance to meet quality, availability, and financial goals.
• Recruit providers to expand network and meet targets.
• Contribute to pricing development and reimbursement modeling activities.
