Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years negotiating contracts with ancillary providers and physician groups.
• 3+ years in provider relationship management or related healthcare roles.
• Understanding of contract provisions, reimbursement terms and industry standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate, execute, review, and analyze contracts with providers to meet quality and financial goals.
• Manage contract performance and support network development and expansion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on compensation, pricing, and reimbursement modeling.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support settlement activities.
• Ensure resolution of escalated issues related to claims, interpretation, and data accuracy.
