CVS Health in Elm, PA is seeking a contracts professional to negotiate and manage provider agreements across Medicare and commercial lines. You will analyze contract terms, monitor performance, and drive cost containment while expanding the network with high-quality partners.

The role requires strong negotiation, analytics, and MS Office skills, plus the ability to collaborate across functions to deliver value for patients, providers, and the company. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years negotiating contracts with ancillary providers, facilities, and physician groups.
• Experience in provider relationship management or related healthcare roles.
• Understanding of provider reimbursement methodologies and industry standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiates, executes, reviews, and analyzes contracts with smaller providers.
• Negotiates, executes, reviews, and analyzes contracts with solo or local providers.
• Manages contract performance to support network quality, availability, and financial goals.
• Recruits providers to support network expansion and adequacy targets.
• Collaborates cross-functionally on provider compensation and pricing development.
• Identifies cost issues and supports cost-saving initiatives and settlements.
• Provides network development, maintenance, and refinement strategies.
• Assists with strategic network configurations and integration activities.
• Optimizes interactions with providers and internal partners to meet needs.
• Ensures resolution of escalated issues related to claims, contract interpretation, or data accuracy.
