Qualifications

• Experience negotiating contracts with ancillary providers, facilities, and physician groups, including contract language and rate proposals.
• 3+ years in provider relationship management or related healthcare roles with proven contract management skills.
• Understanding of provider reimbursement methodologies and industry standard payment policies.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, execute, review contracts and handle dispute resolution with solo or small providers.
• Manage contract performance to support network quality, availability, and financial goals.
• Recruit providers to meet network expansion and adequacy targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on provider compensation, pricing development, and reimbursement modeling.
• Identify and recommend actions to manage cost issues and support cost-saving initiatives.
• Provide network development and maintenance strategies for cross-market units.
• Assist with design and implementation of strategic network configurations.
