Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience negotiating contracts with ancillary providers, facilities and physician groups.
• 3+ years in provider relationship management or related healthcare roles with contract management skills.
• Understanding of provider reimbursement methodologies and industry standard payment policies.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate, execute, review, and analyze contracts with solo or small group providers.
• Manage contract performance in support of network quality, availability, and financial goals.
• Recruit providers to support network expansion and adequacy targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on provider compensation and pricing development, and review reports for negotiation.
