Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years negotiating contracts with ancillary providers, facilities, and physician groups, incl. rate proposals and cost analysis.
• ≈3+ years of experience in provider relationship management or related healthcare roles with contract management skills.
• Understanding of common contract provisions, provider reimbursement methodologies, and standard payment policies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, execute, review, and analyze provider contracts and settlements with providers to meet accessibility, quality, and financial goals.
• Manage contract performance to support network quality, availability, and financial targets.
• Recruit providers to ensure network expansion and adequacy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on provider compensation, pricing development, and reporting.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support settlement activities.
• Provide network development and refinement strategies for cross-market management.
• Assist with design and implementation of strategic network configurations.
