With a strong focus on client retention, revenue growth, and service excellence, you will have a direct impact on long-term business success.

Accountabilities:

  • End-to-End Client Support: Oversee client relationships from implementation through day-to-day service delivery, issue resolution, contract renewals, and ongoing account development.

  • Executive and Broker Engagement: Maintain relationships with senior-level client stakeholders and brokers, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and satisfaction with service delivery.
  • Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales executives during finalist presentations and, when required, present solutions to prospective clients to demonstrate value and support new business development.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments and project teams to resolve client challenges, improve service delivery, and implement initiatives that benefit clients and the broader client management organization.
  • Market and Industry Awareness: Monitor healthcare benefits trends, market developments, and competitive offerings to identify opportunities and position appropriate solutions.
  • Performance and Service Excellence: Proactively manage client expectations, resolve problems, and coordinate internal resources to deliver measurable results and consistently exceed service standards.
  • Account Strategy and Planning: Evaluate portfolio performance, identify risks and opportunities, and maintain a results-oriented approach to client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with at least five years of experience in the third-party administration (TPA) or health insurance industry; alternatively, a high school diploma with at least nine years of client management experience in TPA, health insurance, or a comparable client-facing environment.
