Mercy is seeking a Business Development Manager to generate measurable growth in targeted geographic areas and service lines, enabling high-quality care at an affordable price. The role focuses on strategic planning, relationship-building, and articulating Mercy's mission across diverse stakeholders.

Applicants should have 7–10 years of sales or business development experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business administration or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years sales experience with results at/above plan.
• Experience in analyzing data for planning and decision making.
• Health system strategic planning or business development experience preferred.
• Pharma sales experience preferred.
