Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business administration or advanced equivalent certification required.
• Master's in Health Services Administration, MBA or related advance degree preferred.
• 7-10 years sales experience with a strong track record of delivering results at or above plan.
• Experience analyzing and interpreting complex data for planning and decision-making.
• Health system strategic planning and/or business development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate measurable growth in assigned geographic areas and/or service lines.
• Analyze and interpret data to support planning and decision-making.
• Interact with hospital and clinic leadership and external audiences.
• Maintain CRM/PRM pipeline and prioritize activities.
• Develop and present strategic business development and operational plans.
