Rose City Nursing and Rehab in Lancaster, PA is seeking an experienced Admissions Director to lead the admissions process and build strong referral networks with hospitals, physicians, and trusted community partners.

In this full-time role, you will coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to convert referrals into admissions, ensure smooth transitions for residents, and uphold outstanding customer service throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, admissions, referral management, or business development.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, and providers.
• Identify and cultivate new referral opportunities within the community.
• Serve as liaison between referral sources and the facility.
• Convert qualified referrals into admissions.
• Coordinate the admissions process with the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure all admission documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Conduct community outreach and networking to promote the facility.
• Maintain exceptional customer service throughout the admissions process.
