Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a results-driven sales leader to oversee and grow the company’s sales within major health systems, hospitals, physician offices, ambulatory surgery centers and post-acute settings.

You will establish a strategic, consultative selling approach, manage full sales cycles, develop and maintain relationships across health system organizations, and collaborate with Sales teams, Specialists, and Product Divisions to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of sales experience or 8+ years
• Experience in full cycle sales environment
• At least 3 years building and maintaining relationships within a team
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts across health systems in assigned territory.
• Develop consultative relationships and implement Medline programs.
• Collaborate with Sales teams, Specialists, and Product Divisions to meet customer needs.
