Job summary

Aledade PBC is seeking a Payer Data Operations Analyst to ensure quality, accuracy, and reliability across payer data pipelines supporting value-based contracts. You will lead data triage, collaborate with internal teams and payers, and drive proactive monitoring and improvements in data integrity.

You will partner with Payer Solutions, Product, Engineering, and Field Operations to investigate issues, map workflows, and deliver actionable recommendations while maintaining SOPs and driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years in data operations, analytics, product management, or related roles in healthcare or SaaS.
• Intermediate SQL programming experience.
• Technical fluency across data platforms and tools (warehouses, BI, file-transfer, workflow tools).
• Experience tracing data flows and communicating insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Data triage, routing, and resolution of data quality issues across 1,200+ payer data feeds.
• Collaborate with payers and internal teams to fix data delivery issues and file transfers.
• Coordinate audits and manage documentation for clinical quality submission with payers.
• Maintain contract metadata to ensure seamless downstream data integration.
• Investigate and resolve manual data ingestion failures and root causes.
