Qualifications

• 5+ years in network contracting with large provider groups.
• 3+ years negotiating provider contracts in a managed care setting.
• Familiarity with Medicaid/Medicare/Marketplace payment methods.
• Ability to navigate regulatory environments and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts with complex provider groups to ensure quality and cost effectiveness.
• Contracts/re-contracts with large-scale entities including APM contracts; support network adequacy and oversight.
• Execute and optimize value-based contracts and provider relationships.
• Analyze financial impact of deal terms and prepare exec-ready justification.
• Develop provider contracts in contract management software.
• Travel ~10% across Washington.
