• Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and data-driven decision-making

Responsibilities

• Support executive strategy and direction for the network function and its financial performance
• Develop and implement provider network and contract strategies to establish a sufficient network
• Oversee contract management and negotiation processes with templates and legal compliance
• Maintain provider contract information and ensure configurations in QNXT system
• Lead a high-performance team and drive staff development and collaboration
• Coordinate with enrollment growth and provider associations for strategic goals
