Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in network contracting with large provider groups.
• Familiar with Medicaid/Medicare value-based payment, FFS, capitation, and risk.
• Ability to negotiate complex contracts and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts with complex provider groups to secure high-quality, cost-effective plan providers.
• Execute value-based contracts and manage provider relationships for performance.
• Analyze financial impact of deal terms and prepare executive justifications.
• Develop and maintain provider contracts in contract management software.
• Support network adequacy, JOC oversight, and delegation governance.
• Educate internal customers on contract terms and reimbursement rates.
• Travel up to 25% within Texas (Central & NE Texas).
