Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead network strategy, direction, and performance for the organization
• Develop and implement provider network and contract strategies across geographies
• Oversee contract negotiations and templates for physicians, hospitals, and other providers
• Manage contract management system and tracking of negotiation activity
• Collaborate with legal and corporate on contract compliance and templates
• Mentor and coach a high-performing team to achieve strategic goals
