Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years in health care with provider network management/contracting.
• 10+ years of senior network leadership experience or equivalent.
• 7+ years of management/leadership experience.
• Extensive experience in the health insurance industry.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
• Data-driven decision-making skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication at an executive level.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements provider network and contract strategies, including expansion.
• Supports PADU reimbursement guidelines and exception analysis.
• Drives expansion of value-based contracting and related metrics.
• Leads network communications among segments, plans and national teams.
• Defines risk-sharing and payment models to achieve cost/quality goals.
• Oversees delegation oversight, provider services, and appeals processes.
• Collaborates with data teams to report network efficiency and quality.
• Assists in provider manual updates and enterprise strategy alignment.
• Works across functions to support Health Plan strategy across multiple domains.
