• 10+ years leading complex, client-facing technology programs.
• Strong executive presence and exceptional client-management skills.
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, conflict, and delivery pressure.
• Experience managing programs with significant technical dependencies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the program plan, milestones, risks, and outcomes.
• Translate commitments into clear requirements, deliverables, and owners.
• Control scope and communicate the impact of changes.
• Lead client working sessions and executive steering meetings.
• Hold Persivia and client stakeholders accountable for decisions and deadlines.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Accounts teams around a single plan.
• Provide concise, fact-based reporting to client and Persivia leadership.
• Work hands-on as the program/project manager initially, then oversee a PM team.
