Position Overview

Persivia is seeking an elite engineering leader who thrives in a high-velocity, high-stakes environment. You will own engineering execution across one of the most critical AI-powered healthcare platforms in the country powering care management, population health, real-time analytics, and Persivia’s VisionAI Hub and agentic AI system. The VP/Director of Engineering must be a force multiplier: someone who can scale teams, eliminate blockers, modernize architectures, and push the organization toward operational excellence with urgency and discipline. This is not a maintenance role. This is build, scale, transform, deliver; every week, every quarter.
