Job summary

Telligen is seeking a Lead Health Informatics Solutions Coordinator in Maryland to oversee operational support for national scope programs. You will collaborate across teams to design and develop products or services that meet contract deliverables and customer needs.

You will guide a team, assign tasks, develop processes, and coach staff to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships and clear status reporting.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business, information systems, health care, or equivalent.
• 7–10 years’ experience in health informatics or portfolio oversight.
• 2–3 years’ client management experience managing expectations and relationships.
• 3–5 years’ experience leading professional or support staff.
• Experience with a health-related system and/or corporate systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with data collection, analysis, and graphic representation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program activities, timeliness, and quality control to meet contract deliverables.
• Communicate effectively to project teams and provide continual status reports.
• Direct internal teams and project teams; resolve issues promptly.
• Research and resolve customer issues to satisfaction.
