Job summary

Telligen is seeking a Lead Health Informatics Solutions Coordinator to provide operational support for national scope programs. You will collaborate with all program entities in designing and developing products or services to meet contract deliverables and may assist management in leading a team, developing processes, and coaching staff.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business, Information Systems, health care, and/or equivalent training and/or experience.
• 7–10 years’ experience in related field.
• Demonstrated experience in health informatics or portfolio oversight.
• 2–3 years’ client/customer management experience managing and owning client expectations and relationships.
• 3–5 years’ experience leading professional or support staff.
• Demonstrated experience with a health-related system and/or corporate systems.
• Active Enterprise User Administration (EUA) ID: CMS contractor access requirement with possible mandatory training.

Responsibilities

• Operational Support: oversee program activities, timeliness, and internal quality standards.
• Documentation: create, update, review documentation, ensure accuracy and 508 compliance; final review before management approval.
• Client Management: perform needs analysis, manage expectations and relationships, ensure contract requirements are met.
• Coordinate with managers and customers/partners to ensure successful task completion and positive client relationships.
