Job summary

Telligen is seeking a Lead Health Informatics Solutions Coordinator to provide operational support to national scope programs. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage project tasks, and help shape products and services to meet contract deliverables.

In this role you will mentor staff, ensure documentation accuracy, and maintain strong client relationships, with emphasis on 508 compliance and CMS-related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in business, information systems, health care, or equivalent with 7–10 years in related field.
• Demonstrated health informatics or portfolio oversight experience.
• 2–3 years’ client/customer management experience managing expectations and relationships.
• 3–5 years’ experience leading professional or support staff.
• Experience with health-related or corporate systems.
• Strong Windows and Microsoft Office proficiency; PC-based software experience.
• Experience with database apps, data trending/graphics and reporting tools.
• Experience with data collection techniques and basic data analysis and visualization.
• Active EUA ID or ability to obtain; some contracts require U.S. Citizenship.
• CMS contractor experience and familiarity with CMS systems preferred (4i, ServiceNow, ISP, Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Oversee program activities, timeliness, and quality control to meet/exceed expectations.
• Provide direction to internal project teams with status reports and issue resolution.
• Research and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Create, update, review documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance (including 508).
• Distribute documentation to team members and customers promptly.
• Conduct client needs analyses and manage client relationships; align with contract requirements.
