Job summary

Telligen is seeking a Lead Health Informatics Solutions Coordinator to provide operational support for national programs. You will guide teams, manage client relationships, and ensure deliverables meet contractual and quality standards.

You will document processes, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive effective collaboration across departments. A four-year degree and substantial health informatics experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business, Information Systems, health care, and/or equivalent training/experience
• 7-10 years' experience in related field
• Experience in health informatics or portfolio oversight
• 2-3 years' client management experience owning client expectations
• 3-5 years' experience leading staff
• Experience with health-related systems or corporate systems
• Advanced knowledge of Windows and MS Office
• Intermediate data collection techniques and data visualization

Responsibilities

• Oversee program activities, timeliness, and internal quality control standards
• Communicate effectively with project team; provide status reports
• Direct internal team and project tasks; resolve issues promptly
• Research and resolve issues to customer satisfaction
• Create and review documentation; ensure accuracy and compliance
• Distribute documentation to team, end users, and customers
• Perform client needs analysis and manage client relationships
• Ensure programs meet contract requirements and client expectations
• Coordinate with managers to align expectations with contracts
• Interact with customers and partners to complete tasks
