Job summary

Telligen is seeking a Lead Health Informatics Solutions Coordinator to provide operational support for national scope programs. You will collaborate across entities to design and develop products or services, lead a team, assign tasks, and coach staff to ensure successful program delivery.

Position requires a four-year degree and 7–10 years in related fields, with experience in health informatics, client management, and CMS/enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business, Information Systems, health care, and/or equivalent training and/or experience; 7-10 years' experience in related field.
• Demonstrated experience in health informatics or portfolio oversight.
• 2-3 years' client/customer management experience managing and owning client expectations and relationships.
• 3-5 years' experience leading professional or support staff.
• Demonstrated experience with a health-related system and/or corporate systems.
• Advanced knowledge and experience working with Windows, all Microsoft Office products, and other PC-based software products.
• Intermediate knowledge and experience with data collection techniques, basic data analysis and graphic representation of data.
• Active EUA ID required for CMS contractor access; must obtain EUA ID if not currently held.
• Positions on specific contracts may require U.S. Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program activities, timeliness, and internal quality control standards to meet expectations.
• Communicate efficiently with the project team and provide continual status reports.
• Provide direction to internal and project teams, resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with managers to ensure positive client relationships and alignment with contract requirements.
