Job summary

WTW is seeking a Health and Benefits Manager to lead design and management of group medical, dental, life, and disability programs for clients. You will manage complex projects, advise on plan design, and act as a primary day-to-day contact for clients.

This hybrid Dallas role offers collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentorship of junior colleagues, and growth into senior relationship management or leadership roles within the client service group.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing/managing health and welfare plans in a consulting/brokerage or similar role
• Strong client relationship expansion capabilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead design and management of group medical, dental, wellbeing, life, disability and absence management benefits.
• Monitor progress against objectives, budgets, timelines, deliverables and quality standards; serve as day-to-day client contact.
• Proactively advise clients and deliver superior client service.
• Contribute to benefit plan analysis, design, cost savings and funding strategies.
• Engage subject matter experts in health management, absence and disability management, pharmacy, data analytics and compliance.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support cross-functional collaboration and business development.
