Job summary

Cigna Healthcare is seeking a Client Account Executive to build trusted relationships with customers, brokers, and carriers. You will guide new and existing business through service, renewal, and implementation milestones with clear communication and data insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in group health insurance or related client-facing role.
• Excellent oral and written communication with strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, research and problem-solving abilities with sound judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; able to interpret benefit plan documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, brokers, carriers, and internal partners.
• Serve as a resource on group health benefit plans and company procedures.
• Research and resolve client questions and service issues with timely follow-up.
• Support development of proposals and placement of new and renewal business with brokers and carriers.
• Create reports and analyses to explain cost and claims experience for informed decisions.
• Coordinate customer communications and distribute accurate account information.
