Job summary

Luminare Health in Chicago seeks a Strategic Reporting Consultant to define, govern, and execute our end-to-end reporting strategy across all lines of business. This role acts as an authority on data usage, metric definitions, and performance measurement.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership, clients, and brokers, lead cross-functional teams, and prioritize a high-value reporting roadmap with autonomy. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or a related analytical or healthcare field with 5 years of progressive analytics and reporting experience
• Proven track record in enterprise reporting, data governance, KPI standardization, and regulatory reporting alignment
• 5+ years of healthcare or insurance analytics with deep data models and business drivers
• Advanced proficiency in SQL Server, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) with healthcare analytics platforms
• Experience leading cross-functional analytics initiatives and delivering measurable business impact
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and ability to translate data into insights for leadership and clients
