Job summary
Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Data & Reporting Professional to support the Michigan Integrated LTSS program with advanced analytics, dashboards, and regulatory reporting.
You will transform diverse clinical, operational, quality, and financial data into actionable insights for oversight, quality improvement, and executive decision-making. You will develop and maintain dashboards, integrate data from multiple systems, and support audits, readiness reviews, and regulatory inquiries while
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business analytics, healthcare administration, public health, information systems, statistics, computer science, data analytics, or a related field.
- Five or more years of healthcare analytics, reporting, managed care, population health, Medicaid, or related experience.
- Experience with large, complex healthcare and operational datasets.
- Advanced Excel skills including dashboard development, data modeling, and advanced reporting.
Responsibilities
- Transform complex clinical, operational, quality, and financial data into actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain operational, clinical, quality, compliance, and executive dashboards.
- Monitor LTSS program performance and regulatory reporting, and support audits and compliance.
- Partner with LTSS leadership to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create executive summaries and presentations communicating program performance and recommendations.
