Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Data & Reporting Professional to support the MI LTSS program through advanced analytics, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

You will transform complex clinical, operational, quality, and financial data into actionable insights for program oversight and executive decision-making. The role partners with LTSS Leadership to monitor performance, develop dashboards, and create recurring and ad hoc reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics, healthcare administration, public health, information systems, statistics, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years in healthcare analytics, reporting, or population health.
• Experience with large, complex healthcare datasets and data integration.
• Advanced Excel skills for dashboards, data modeling, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards for operational, clinical, quality, and executive reporting.
• Integrate data from care management, quality tools, provider networks, claims, and regulatory sources.
• Create recurring and ad hoc reports to support performance and compliance.
• Monitor LTSS indicators and support regulatory, contract, and quality initiatives.
• Prepare executive summaries and present findings to leadership.
• Support audits and inquiries using data analysis and reporting.
