Job summary

Farmer’s Fridge in Chicago is seeking a Head of Planning to own the end-to-end S&OP process for a perishable foods network, aligning demand, supply, and capacity across procurement, production, fulfillment, and delivery.

You will lead planning managers across multiple domains, drive constraint management, and build a road map to eliminate bottlenecks while ensuring plan integrity and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Finance, and R&D.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in supply chain or operations planning with team leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of a full S&OP cycle with executive exposure.
• Labor/resource planning across multi-site operations preferred.
• Advanced analytical capability; Excel modeling; SQL/BI familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own the full S&OP cycle end to end with a published plan of record.
• Lead planning managers across Procurement, Production, Pick Pack, Fulfillment.
• Identify bottlenecks and translate into actionable capital and headcount needs.
• Ensure plan integrity across day-of execution to multi-month horizons.
