Job summary

KeHE Distributors in Naperville, IL is seeking a Demand Planner to manage forecasts and the demand planning activities across multiple levels of the organization. The role supports the S&OP process and coordinates with supply chain, DC operations, and account teams to align forecast with orders.

You will analyze data, drive KPI performance, and maintain base and total forecasts using DFIO/Manhattan or similar planning tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of forecasting/planning experience in a high SKU, slow moving environment.
• Experience with planning systems such as BlueYonder, SAP/APO, Logility, Oracle Demantra, Manhattan DFIO, etc.

Responsibilities

• Drive KPIs: forecast accuracy, bias, outbound fill rate, promotions execution, inventory turnover.
• Seasonal planning for key holidays and events.
• Maintain base and total forecasts; manage exceptions in DFIO.
• Collaborate with account teams to align demand with orders and execution.
• Provide data-driven insights to partners on forecast quality and opportunities.
• Support projects as needed.
