Jobgether is seeking a senior technology portfolio leader to drive strategic direction and oversee cross-functional programs across AI, automation, data, and infrastructure. This role translates business priorities into integrated execution plans and ensures delivery across multiple teams.

You will partner with executives to shape roadmaps, optimize resource allocation, and maintain accountability for portfolio performance in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in technology delivery, portfolio management, resource planning, or related fields, including senior leadership of complex cross-functional programs.
• Demonstrated accountability for executing strategic technology portfolios involving multiple teams, budgets, schedules, and competing business priorities.
• Proven expertise in workforce planning, demand and capacity management, skills forecasting, resource allocation, and internal and external sourcing strategies.
• Strong understanding of the interdependencies between AI, automation, data platforms, and infrastructure across implementation and ongoing operational support.
• Experience developing integrated roadmaps, managing portfolio dependencies, resolving resource conflicts, and recovering initiatives that are off track.
• Financial and analytical capabilities covering business cases, resource costs, budgets, forecasting, benefit measurement, and executive performance reporting.
• Ability to lead in matrixed organizations, negotiate commitments with functional leaders, and communicate clear recommendations to executives and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Translate enterprise objectives into integrated execution plans for AI, automation, data, and infrastructure initiatives.
• Lead portfolio prioritization with executive leadership and business stakeholders.
• Maintain accountability for portfolio execution across teams with clear ownership and delivery commitments.
• Ensure transparent intake and prioritization processes and resolve resource conflicts within delegated authority.
• Maintain consolidated view of demand, capacity, skills, assignments, and schedules across technology teams.
• Develop rolling workforce and capacity plans with functional leaders.
• Coordinate resource allocation and suggest hiring, contracting, sourcing and funding strategies.
• Oversee integrated schedules and dependencies across data readiness, infrastructure provisioning, security reviews, AI delivery, deployment, and operational transition.
• Define value measures with business owners and track realized benefits.
• Establish executive reporting on portfolio health, capacity, schedules, costs, risks and decisions.
