Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Data Architecture & Data Engineering Leader to shape and oversee the enterprise data strategy in the United States. You will guide a cloud data platform supporting analytics, reporting and data products, building a scalable, secure data foundation and leading a growing team across international locations.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating enterprise-scale cloud data platforms.
• Strong data modeling and governance expertise.
• Hands-on SQL and Python with modern data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise data architecture and technology roadmap.
• Design end-to-end cloud data platform architecture (data ingress, storage, transformation, modeling, integration, delivery).
• Lead scalable batch and streaming data pipelines using modern integration technologies.
• Consolidate reporting environments into a unified source of truth and migrate legacy systems to modern cloud platforms (BigQuery).
• Establish data models, engineering standards, documentation, testing and deployment practices.
• Build product-ready data foundations, curated datasets and data services for new data products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate product concepts into technical requirements and data assets.
• Create reliable data APIs and multi-tenant delivery architectures with proper access controls.
• Drive automation across ingestion, transformation, validation, reporting and delivery processes.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate engineering workflows and testing.
