You will lead the development of high-impact initiatives that support brand goals, educate stakeholders, and align cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, life sciences, marketing, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, with HCP marketing or medical education experience preferred.
• Strong project management across multiple workstreams, timelines, budgets, and partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration ability.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute congress education strategy, including symposia, product theaters, booth content, and sponsorships.
• Provide on-site leadership during national and regional congresses; manage booth staff and post-event readouts.
• Optimize congress sponsorship and attendance; identify new congresses to sponsor or attend.
• Support relationships with medical associations to collaborate on education for members.
• Develop KOL-led education and training for field teams to reinforce key messaging.
• Partner with Medical, Legal, Compliance, Marketing and field teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Establish metrics to evaluate congress impact and continuously refine strategy.
• Oversee external partners for content development, logistics, and event execution.
• Maintain deep therapeutic area knowledge to inform education strategy.
