Job summary

Celcuity Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Congress Planning to lead the strategic planning, execution and optimization of its congress program.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Market Access and Medical Affairs to deliver impactful experiences, manage budgets and vendors, and drive scalable processes across a growing portfolio. The role requires strong leadership, program governance and onsite execution skills, with travel as needed to congresses and events.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in biotech/pharma with congress program experience.
• Led large-scale medical congresses and exhibit programs.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and vendor skills.
• Proactive, with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic framework for congress program across Tier 1 and sales-led conferences.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, and operational excellence of congress activities.
• Lead onsite execution, housing, meetings, and vendor management.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with agencies.
• Measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
