Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting, including AI, ASIC, silicon, or semiconductor engineers like RTL, DV, physical design, architecture.
• Proven track record closing senior engineers against competing offers with equity, risk, and conviction.
• Technical literacy across AI silicon and custom ASIC development; able to discuss intake with a chip architect.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior hardware, ASIC, and silicon architecture roles.
• Source candidates who aren’t actively looking and engage with hiring managers who are technologists.
• Maintain data hygiene and pipeline flow in Ashby, with clear stages and honest statuses.
