Positron AI is seeking a Senior Hardware Technical Recruiter to build our engineering teams behind next-generation silicon and systems. You will own recruiting from role definition to offer, partnering with engineering leaders and focusing on semiconductor talent and AI-driven sourcing.

This role emphasizes full-cycle recruiting for ASIC/RTL, design verification, physical design, and silicon validation, with an agent-first approach using AI tools to enhance efficiency and candidate engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting, including semiconductor or silicon talent.
• Experience hiring across ASIC/RTL design, design verification, physical design, DFT, or silicon validation.
• Proven track record independently sourcing and closing engineers in competitive markets.
• Knowledge of semiconductor lifecycle and engineering specialties.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and prioritization skills.
• Experience using AI tools in recruiting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for hardware engineering roles (ASIC/RTL to silicon validation).
• Define hiring priorities with engineering leaders and set interview criteria.
