Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy, a leading specialty pharmacy, is hiring a Manager-Go-To-Market Patient Communications to oversee outbound patient communications across print, SMS, and email. You will translate complex clinical concepts into clear patient-friendly language and collaborate with Operations, Clinical, Technology, Implementation and Marketing teams.

The role combines strategic planning and hands-on creation of materials, including multimedia assets, to improve patient understanding,

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, Public Health, Life Sciences, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in patient education, healthcare communications, medical writing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex medical or clinical concepts into clear, simple, patient-friendly language.
• Strong writing and editing skills across formats, including print, digital, and conversational (scripted) communications.
• Ability to travel to support industry events as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound patient communications across PANTHERx, including therapy-specific print materials, educational resources, welcome kits, SMS and email communications, and talking points.
• Translate complex medical concepts into clear, simple language for patients.
• Plan and align communications with Operations, Clinical, Technology, Implementation and Marketing teams.
• Develop multimedia assets (videos, visuals) to enhance patient understanding and engagement.
• Identify gaps and propose new materials to improve clarity, engagement, and adherence.
