PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy is seeking a Clinical Patient Engagement Manager to lead clinical content and programs, aimed at driving adherence and improving outcomes in targeted rare disease states. This role oversees clinical training and ensures pharmacists are prepared as rare disease experts in patient interactions.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in the United States or territories.
• Ability to interpret primary literature and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical programs for RxARECARE, driving optimal patient outcomes.
• Design and develop new clinical programs with project plans.
• Conduct monthly clinical call quality reviews and provide structured feedback.
• Create competency assessments and deliver targeted remedial training.
• Lead live CE sessions and journal clubs for clinical staff.
• Maintain a robust clinical library for assigned rare programs.
• Prepare materials and dashboards for status reports and insights.
• Manage multiple work streams across RxARECARE programs.
