Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Sr. Go-to-Market Lead for AI Agent Platform to drive GTM strategy for the Bedrock AgentCore service.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, build scalable programs to drive adoption, and identify opportunities across startups to multinational enterprises. You will articulate benefits to data scientists and executives, and work with partners to develop GTM and co-sell motions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage.
• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.

Responsibilities

• Lead Amazon Bedrock AgentCore GTM to orchestrate sales motions for sales, marketing, partner, product, training, and professional services teams.
• Leverage domain expertise to create best-in-class field enablement and sales strategy.
• Support field teams in solution building for high priority customers.
• Bring market signals back to product teams to drive innovation on AWS product roadmaps.
• Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan execution.
• Demonstrate thought leadership and represent AWS at industry events and conferences.
