Job summary

Amazon Bedrock GTM team is seeking a high-impact leader to define, build, and deploy targeted strategies to accelerate customer adoption across industry verticals. You will collaborate with product managers to shape direction and help customers enter new markets using Bedrock and other AWS services.

You will craft joint-GTM plans, customer engagements, and demos with model providers. You will lead cross-functional efforts, size markets, train sales teams, and drive industry thought leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• Experience influencing leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams and coordinating releases.
• Experience selling cloud solutions at a software company or equivalent.
• Experience conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• 5+ years of AI/ML experience.

Responsibilities

• Define go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Amazon Bedrock and lead cross-functional initiatives to expand markets.
• Develop scalable programs to drive adoption and identify new opportunities.
• Create market sizing analyses and build an opportunity pipeline with global counterparts.
• Work with customers to understand technical requirements and train field teams.
• Partner with product teams to define new features and identify external collaborators.
