Job summary

IGT is seeking a Head of Strategy Execution & Change Management to translate the Commercial Gaming strategy into disciplined execution across landbased gaming. This senior leader collaborates with product, R&D, supply chain, and finance to resource, sequence, and track initiatives while driving organizational change.

The role involves building operating cadences, governance, and adoption metrics, with remote collaboration from Las Vegas and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of strategy execution, corporate strategy, management consulting, PMO leadership, or organizational change management, including at least 4+ years in a people-leadership capacity.
• Experience in gaming, gaming equipment manufacturing, hospitality, or a related regulated, hardware-plus-software industry strongly preferred; familiarity with Class III gaming operations, tribal and commercial casino markets, and gaming regulatory environments is a plus.
• Demonstrated track record leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs from strategy through adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution framework for the Class III strategic plan, translating priorities into a structured portfolio with owners, milestones, resourcing, and success metrics.
• Establish and run the strategic operating cadence (OKRs, KPI check-ins, reviews, steering committees) to keep leadership aligned.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks early and broker cross-functional resolution before they threaten outcomes.
• Partner with Finance and FP&A to link initiatives to business case value and realized benefits.
