Job summary

International Game Technology (IGT) in the United States (Las Vegas area) seeks a senior leader to translate the Class III strategy into disciplined execution, building the governance, cadence, and change capability to deliver major transformations.

You will partner with Product, R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and HR to resource, sequence, track, and adopt strategic initiatives while guiding teams through change with strong leadership and program-management rigor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in strategy execution or PMO leadership; 4+ years in people leadership.
• Experience in gaming or regulated hardware-software industries is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution framework for the Class III strategic plan with clear milestones and owners.
• Establish and run strategic operating cadence (OKR/KPI, quarterly reviews, steering committees).
• Identify risks early and broker cross-functional resolution to protect strategic outcomes.
• Design and lead enterprise change management strategies for major transformations, including operating model redesign and M&A integration.
• Build relationships across Product, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, IT, and Legal.
