You will collaborate with operations, marketing, and leadership to analyze markets, prioritize opportunities, and coordinate proposals, presentations, and interviews that reflect DPR's value proposition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, management, construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 5-10 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field required.
• Certifications and Licenses: None required.

Responsibilities

• Leads pursuit strategy development, ensuring clear customer insights, differentiators, and win themes.
• Partners with operations, marketing, and leadership teams to analyze markets, prioritize customers, and shape business development plans.
• Conducts customer and competitor analysis to support go/no-go decisions and pursuit strategies.
• Oversees preparation of proposals, presentations, and interviews that reflect the company's value proposition and meet customer expectations.
• Manages customer relationship and opportunity data within CRM systems, driving accuracy and consistency in reporting and analysis.
• Coaches pursuit teams on application of tools and frameworks such as Customer Capture Tool (CCT) and Project Capture Tool (PCT).
• Shares lessons learned and best practices to improve pursuit discipline and collaboration across regions and core markets.
